About Us
Universal Truth Ministry is a Christian ministry, and everything we do is built on what we believe to be true. This is our Statement of Faith, the beliefs that shape our teaching, our work in Layyah, and our life together as a ministry family.
We believe the Bible, the Old and New Testaments together, is God's own word. It does not contain errors, and it is the final authority for what we believe and how we live. Every belief in this statement comes from what the Bible teaches.
We believe there is one true God, who lives forever as three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person is fully God, and all three are perfectly one.
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, both fully God and fully human. He was born of the virgin Mary, lived a life without sin, and died on the cross to pay the full price for our sins. He rose from the dead in his body, and he is alive today, seated at the right hand of God the Father.
We believe every person is separated from God by sin, and no amount of good works can close that gap. Salvation is a free gift from God, given by his grace and received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Anyone who truly believes in him is forgiven, made new, and welcomed into God's own family.
We believe the Holy Spirit comes to live in every believer at the moment they trust in Christ. He helps us understand the Bible, grow more like Jesus, and live and serve with a strength that is not our own.
We believe the Church is every person who has put their trust in Jesus Christ, from every nation and background, joined together as one family under him. We gather to worship God, learn his word, encourage one another, and carry his love out into the world around us.
We believe Jesus Christ will return, that every person who has ever lived will be raised, and that all people will stand before God to give an account of their lives. Those who have trusted in Christ will live with him forever. Because of this hope, we long for every person to know him before that day comes.
Our Calling
This is what we believe, and it is why Universal Truth Ministry exists. Every part of our work, from the Education Center in Layyah to Religious Studies, including Bible teaching, Gospel learning, Christian identity, and discipleship, grows out of these convictions. We want the Christian children from families with limited financial and educational resources who walk through our doors to know this Jesus for themselves, not just hear about him. That is the heart behind this page, and behind everything we do in South Punjab.
